Healthy eating

I eat vegetables every weekends and fruits such as bananas,apples and vegetables such as celeries and cabages.Some unhealthty food adults and children likes to read are Fried Carrot Cake black/white,LaksaFish Head Curry,Chendol etc.It is important to eat healthily because if you eat something that is unhealthy your health will be affected and you will fall sick.there are some disease if you eat unhealthy food to much.This are one of the diseases,diabetis.the benefits of eating frits and vegetable is that if you eat more vegatables, I will be more healthy and I will easily fall sick.Yes I love eating fruits and vegetables bcause my favourite vegetable is Kangkong and my favourite food is apple and banana.Yes I support because it is good for the students health and my health too.We organize a competition,who eats the most fruits and vegetables will get a prize which is the Nintendo Wii.

Outside school activities

I have tuition from Monday to Wednesday and I have a religous class on Saturday.I usually spend a week on these activities.I spend two an a half hours on tuition and spend three hours on the religous class.I am involved in the tuition because my parents do not need to pay the monthly fee because it is free and my parents wants me to improved in my studies.And I am involved in the religous class because my parents wants me to acknowledge all about my religion.Yes this activities are important for me because I want to improve in my studies and I want to know more about my religion.Yes because I cannot cope with all the activities I have.Yes I feel stressed because sometimes when I am tired after my activities,if I never do the house chores my mum will always nag at me.No because they will feel more stressed if they are involved in outside school activities.

Passion for learning

I understand that passion for learning is something that I need to work on it and never give up.It is necessary because passon for learning judges the character of the person.I think Lim Ping has the passion for learning.Lim Ping show her passion for learning in her work and she always pay attention in class and she will never forgot to do her homework and I think every student should follow her attitude and her behaviour.No because I had no confidence and I don't believe in myself.I can always not copy my friend's work and do it myself if I don't know how to do it,I can always ask my friends or teachers to help me.

Target Setting

The purpose of setting targets for the various subjects is to work hard for it and achieve it with all the hard work I had done.Yes it is useful because in order to achieve my targets,I must work hard and by achieving my targets,I have achieved someting in my life and it is very meaningful to me.I was very unsure and scared that I cannot achieve my targets.I have a home timetable.1.30p.m when I got home from school,I revised every subject for 30mins to 1hour.Sometimes when I do not know how to do my homework,my mom or mydad helps me with my homework.I will work hard and not be like my parents who drop out of school in secondary 3.My teacher could help me achieve my targets by helping me with my homeworks and I hope that the school shall organize remedials for me.

what did I do on my school holidays

During the holidays I spend time with my time with my family going to beaches,chalets,birthday parties and sleepovers.That was the month before I was circumsised.I was not scared when I was circumsised.After I was circumsised,I spend most of the time revising,studying,playing my PSP and reting on my bed while my family enjoyed during the holidays.
