Healthy eating

I eat vegetables every weekends and fruits such as bananas,apples and vegetables such as celeries and cabages.Some unhealthty food adults and children likes to read are Fried Carrot Cake black/white,LaksaFish Head Curry,Chendol etc.It is important to eat healthily because if you eat something that is unhealthy your health will be affected and you will fall sick.there are some disease if you eat unhealthy food to much.This are one of the diseases,diabetis.the benefits of eating frits and vegetable is that if you eat more vegatables, I will be more healthy and I will easily fall sick.Yes I love eating fruits and vegetables bcause my favourite vegetable is Kangkong and my favourite food is apple and banana.Yes I support because it is good for the students health and my health too.We organize a competition,who eats the most fruits and vegetables will get a prize which is the Nintendo Wii.
